This was a new home build on 4th Avenue, Richmond, B.C. I worked with Sash Prestige Homes and Renovations Inc on this project from the building permit stage through to the interior design of the home. The house is the first home for a young couple with 2 young children. I believe the home's best feature is the kitchen and open plan of the kitchen & living room. There are 3 bedrooms, the children's bedrooms connect to a fun kid-size playroom loft space above the garage. The couple was fun and very enthusiastic to work with and provided lot's of input and ideas into the interiors and exterior of their home from paint colours, tile selection, hardware, etc...
